About Bob

Bob Grimm is a longtime Waco-area real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Central Texas market. Licensed since 2001, Bob works with Weichert Realtors – The Eastland Group and serves clients throughout Waco, Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview, Hewitt, Woodway, China Spring, Lorena, Robinson, West, Hillsboro, Whitney, Temple, Killeen, and surrounding communities.

Before building his real estate career, Bob spent 34 years with Oncor Electric, where he gained valuable experience in project coordination, easements, road relocations, budgeting, and working with property owners. That background gives him a practical understanding of land, utilities, property improvements, and the details that can affect a real estate transaction.

Bob believes real estate is about more than buying and selling property—it is about building relationships, serving others, and helping people move confidently into the next chapter of their lives. As a Christian, husband, father, stroke survivor, and dog lover, he approaches his work with faith, perseverance, honesty, kindness, and a genuine concern for every client.
